Stay was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Easy accessible to public transportation, staff assists with taxi, and to grab pick up location. Downsides to our room: there were only 2 outlets in the room and lights were dim.

This is a very convenient hotel located in the heart of the city with direct access to the BTS and the huge terminal 21 shopping mall. Bed comfortable but not real king split twins. Staff wonderful and decorated room w balloons for birthday. Facilities good, booking mixups w pay on breakfast but resolved.
