"We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. We asked for another room and had the same issues...

" MY ROOM HAD SEVERE BLACK MOLD ISSUES. I asked the staff to move me to another room. They said id still have to pay for the original room I paid for plus rent an additional room! I have photos showing the unfit condition of the room. "
