Nice hotel in good location central to busy night life. Liked everything about the hotel but did not extend my stay due to them charging 1,000bht for guests. So had to move to another hotel without charging those fees!

Our stay here was great absolutely loved the room (suite 4 Pax). The view was nice of the city. It was close to everything but just off of the strip so it wasn’t very loud. Staf was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and bed was super comfy A++. They have delicious Breakfast with many types of cuisine everyday. Pool was very nice. It was a nice location, walkable to the strip and beach. It was quiet at night so sleeping was great.

Nice, clean hotel with excellent customer service! The Duty Manager Yon (horrible with names but I think this is it) was amazing at check in. She checked us in quickly & gave us a few welcome drinks & even upgraded my room as a perk of my company. All of the staff was amazing. I was always met with a great smile & Raqin was very helpful & masterful at being hospitable. In a really walkable area & close to plenty of shopping & food places. I’d definitely recommend stay here. They have a rooftop pool but it does require you to walk up some stairs (adding in the event that you have disabilities that let keep from walking up many stairs.)

The room was big and comfortable, even though it didn't had a window, it had a door which lead to a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. We didn't had breakfast but at night we order Room Service and the food was good. In another occasion we call for Room Service and the service was Excellent. The hotel have a gym and two pools with bars. It's very well located, near bars and restaurants.

The rooms were spacious and neat. Very close to the mall and bangla road. You do however hear alot of noise from the bars opposite the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a big family group and were taken very well care of. Great location

Room was very clean and staff very friendly. We are a 70 year old couple who had a pool access room by the pool and that was lovely to access the pool but we found the pool bar music too loud at times and not enjoyable. Better to have been higher up in a cheaper pool view room to avoid the loud music.
