I like the bed, though it is quite high. The hotel has a nice pool to relax and swim. Very convenient to travel from here. The high electric cable within the external of the resort is quite an eye sore, otherwise it is quiet and nice place to stay in.

Most thing in the property that we enjoy incur charges. For eg., bringing a beer from room to pool will be fined even though the beer can be from the room service.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The listing was a little misleading about the “free airport shuttle” but it was still very affordable. The facility could use some updating to solidify that “luxury hotel” feel. The counters in the bathroom, chipped paint on the doors, etc. make the hotel seem worn down a little. Also, the beds were pretty hard. Everything else was great. The pools were accessible and clean. The dining options were adequate. The spa was AMAZING!!! And again, the staff was incredible!

Enjoyable stay
Liked this hotel, 15 minutes to beach on foot. Lots of restaurants around. Staff friendly even the manager came and asked me for comments. Pool good with a proper deep end for swimming. Breakfast okay. Room good.

Good place for centre Patong
Good place about 15 mins walk from beach. Pool good and rooms good size. Provide beach bag as well nice touch. Pool good with table tennis table. Breakfast buffet good price but okay not brilliant. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff very helpful

Decent Thai Holel
The place is as described. Even got a balcony, which was nice and very spacious room. This is a traditional Thai hotel more like 3.5 star, if not 4. The taps however don't work like everywhere else in the world; "righty tighty, lefty loosey" isn't the case and you have to do it the other way. They have an option to not get housekeeping daily and get 30 baht discount (which includes the water) for each day you don't use it. If you wanna avail this offer, do not take the water as it negates the offer. The food at the restaurant is average for the price.

Good hotel polite staff
Really pleasant surprise coming here during my backpacking trip. Good new aircon, super polite staff. Hotel is situated away from the noisy roads but still close to everything. Free motorbike parking. The swimming pool is good and really nice as it is deeper too than most hotels have, 2m at the other side.
