I submitted all documents and still Hilton Garden decided to keep my hotel funds. The hotel was price well and located close to where sites I wanted to see. But, people need to be aware if you stays at the Hilton Garden in Mt Pleasant SC and if you have travel protection insurance, they can keep your funds if you cancel. "Nice place to stay. Would stay again there. Worked good for us."

"The pool is an algae green color that was very off-putting to my children. The maid service was absent even after we called the front desk twice to request maid service. Children were running up and down the hallways all night long— which is no fault of the hotel. The beds are horribly uncomfortable."

"We had a balcony room overlooking the pool so we were able to sit put there before dinner people watching and listening to the music coming from across the river. We walked to dinner each night, which was nice after a day of sightseeing and one afternoon the Airforce was practicing for an airshow that weekend. We were able to see the fly-bys from the balcony.
