"Super friendly front desk staff"

"The place was clean-ish... They really need to get rid of the musty carpet... It's not supposed to be black---- just saying! They also need to reset most of the doors-- you can see light all the way around the door! The security lock that keeps people from coming in even with the key isn't gonna do much with 1 screw that is only a half inch long."

"room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag."

"Upon checking in I got my key card for the room. I went to my room with my bags and there was a half dressed woman already in my room. I went back to the desk and was moved to another room. Once inside my room I looked around and and noticed yellow stains on the sheets and dirty shower floor. After thinking about the first incident with the woman already in my room I realized that she may have a significant other coming that might not be ok with what happened to her. "Great location, friendly staff, clean, convenient. Only issue was the door to the room was sticking and would not close without really pulling it firmly. I’m surprised they hadn’t noticed that before."
