Guests are always made aware of the cleaning fee during booking. We have a strict no noise allowed policy so I am really surprised at your noise complaint. Thank you once again

We have a standby handyman who could have fixed your door lock if we were informed. 500THB cleaning fee is for cleaning. Reception has attendants there 24/7. Thanks for your review-it was nice to have you stay. If you walk to the beach road(just 200m away) you can actually see many public transport for just THB 10/person into town while enjoying the amazing sea/ocean view.
