酒店整體問題不大，house keeping/room service/早餐員工都做得好及有禮，唯獨是前台有個大肚婆員工，check in時冇禮貌，要比$1000做deposit要問到佢先肯比收據咁，我見佢唔使著員工制服，可能佢係老闆娘？

Room poorly cleaned, old dust on shelves. Many wood worn and not fixed. Looks like bad mgmt or no money in budget for maintenance

Charged for a broken glass - they need to provide plastic cups and plastic utensils for children. I thought is was crazy they would ruin a good experience by enforcing this crazy rule. Dropped my rating from a 8.6 down to a 5.6. Little things make a big difference.

God oplevelse
Som vanligt et godt ophold på mit ynglings hotel i jomtien. Alt køre snorlige godt værelse god rengøring perfekt morgenmad og super Beliggenhed. Jeg vil gerne bo på dette hotel næste gang jeg kommer tilbage

Nice hotel at a good location, but some things can be improved, such as the housekeeping and the communication at the reception. The housekeeping was late and forgot some things, but I heard the housekeeping had a lack of employees. The hotel should also make the swimming pools less slippery.

I liked the staff. Pool was great and close to the beach. Stayed 26 nights and can’t think of a problem that wasn’t fixed immediately. Would stay again

I would advise not to stay in bldg 2. Older part of hotel. Air con exchanger blowing on balcony makes balcony unusable.

Its a modern big hotel near the beach (300m to Jomtien beach) I could park my bigbike in the basement next to the elevator. Staff transportet all my belongs to my hotel room on level 4. Room had big balcony were I could dry my motorbike gear.. TV has Smart function which is helpful when you want to see youtube videos.

チェックイン時間より早く着いてしまい、結局2時まで待ってチェックイン、しかし　入室迄もう30分待たされ少し疲れた。 デポジットで1000パーツ要求されて支払ったがレシートを出してほしいかった。

Our five night stay was very good. The staff was diligent and polite. The room was good and the pool was good. The breakfast buffet (surcharge) was excellent. Overall I would without a doubt, stay again.

Family oriented hotel, room was big and spacious. Pool was beautiful and clean near to the Jomtien beach, next to Pattaya Immigration office. Good parking spaces. The bed had to be one of the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel it was like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were terrible! The pillows were basically non-existent. I wanted to check into two additional rooms for family at 1335 hours and were told we had to wait until 1400 hours to check in. There is no security on the old tower and basically anyone can just come in and walk around at anytime of the night. At night it is on the louder side due to nearby bars blasting music. The restaurant was nice and affordable.
