The front staff are absolutely rude with very limited customer service. On day of check out, the lady at the front desk calls my room at 12:02 (2 minutes after check out) and was yelling "you miss check out time, what time you check out" and rudely hung up the phone on me. The gym equipment is very old and rusted, I almost injured myself using the iron smith machine. So their gym is useless, they only advertise it online as an extra facility to gain customers. It worked on me but i regretted it. I ended up signing up to coco fitness for a 5 day pass. The room was filthy, under the bed is full of dust and garbage. The cleaners only clean where you can see. The carpets on the floor of the hallway have stains and mold. I felt like I stayed in a hostel.

The property is generally run down. I booked.2 nights. When i got there. I felt it best to forget about it and booked to a nice place at less cost. The rooms are big, thats a plus. I dont see the value for money. I was surprised to see the condition of the building

It’s supposedly a 4 star hotel, but it’s far from that. It def shows wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Even for the price, I expected a little bit nicer quality. The location is great and walkable to just about everything. There’s outside noise throughout the night, but that’s because you’re next to Soi 6 and should be expected. The staff were nice and professional

Good value for the price. Room was clean. Close to beach. Breakfast was ok but food is not kept hot. Defective room safe not a big deal. Bathroom sink sprayed water when at higher setting. For some unknown reason various room lights would automatically turn on during the night or early morning. I would stay here again if I was wanting to save a bit of money. Overall a decent budget hotel with a nice king size bed and balcony and near the beach.

it's the luck of the draw, good location
2 positives here, the location of our room was perfect👍 see sunset picture, The bed was very comfortable😘 2 negatives, 1 check-in staff was the worst,how dose she still have a job? The shower leaked all over the bathroom,very poorly designed shower head, we had to get a raised bath mat so we weren't walking in water, Neutral feedback, breakfast was so so, pool was well kept Parking was no stress

Loved it!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was a good size, clean and in good condition. It had a great balcony and I loved the view of the sea. Easy location for quick access to the beach. I'd definitely like to stay again!

我住在看海的房間風景是無敵，但露台的白鴿糞便一直無人清理，洗手盆的去水很慢，餐廳早餐水準一般，可能是住客還是很少吧，其它整體是合格的，我比三星半，加油泰國!

Bien placé et correct
Hotel très bien situé proche de la plage et donc de Beach road ainsi que de soi 6, les chambres sont un peu passées, mais le rapport qualité prix était correct, à noter que sous la douche, eau chaude au max l'eau est à peine plus chaude que sur froid (peut-être 28 ou 29 max) pas moyen de prendre une douche chaude ... C'est une région où il fait chaud donc pas primordial ... Économies d'énergie sans doute . . Les rideaux sont bien opaques, mais il y a des petits jours en haut ou en bas, il faut laisser une caution de 1000 BHT en espèces exclusivement à l'arrivée ... pas une grosse somme mais pas le choix .. Le coffre fort fonctionne bien et dimension convenable pour ordi 15" , le wifi a un bon débit. derrière l’hôtel on peut accéder à 2d road et a une place animée le soir avec des restos de rue.. bien pour un séjour pas trop long.

To start with, the hotel staff were fantastic! We could not ask for a nicer welcome. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. When we entered our room, there were puddles of water all over the floor which were quickly cleaned up but came back later. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room and it was never quite comfortable temperature wise. When taking a shower, the hot water never worked and due to the design of the shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded with each use. The towels were old and in bad condition. We called maintenance to inquire about the hot water, he came up and said let it run for 10 minutes but it never warmed up. We decided to cut our losses and book the remainder of our stay at another facility.

バスタブ付きが目的で宿泊しましたが、この時期のせいという言い訳で、茶色の水、お湯もでないと言う結果でした。全く対応もしてもらえず最悪な宿泊でした。

Cheap but not clean.
Pics looked good on the website but the room was old and the floors were dirty. The hallway carpets smelled but we did get a good sleep on the soft beds. I wouldn't stay here again though.
