Room was very big, with a separate kitchen. Would have liked a couch considering the size of the room. Bed was ok, but could use a mattress topper.

When room finally became available it was not what was ordered ( poolside ordered) Attitude was take it or go somewhere else

A man of little means recommended the place. As a single, older woman, I was very uncomfortable surrounded by male clentele, and chose not to stay
A lot of mosquitos , bullied costumer for money, cleaning staff robbing and aggressive people for money , 500 bath deposit gone if you use a towel, they give people dirty look all day, disgusting behaviours, please never make stay there or you will get rob your deposit or in hospital for mosquitos allergia

You said that our hotel has a lot of mosquitoes. But you stay at the hotel for 5 days. If the first day you get bitten by mosquitoes, you must inform the staff.But there was no problem whatsoever. But when we are charging money, we say that there are a lot of mosquitoes. everything is bad But can stay for 5 days. Thank you very much.
Full of mosquitos, cleaning staff robbing foreigners, dont give them any deposit money, they will charge you if a towel is dirty 500 bath, ant i get bullied by the hotel cleaning staff,

Please don't slander our staff.The hotel doesn't want to charge money or quarrel with customers.But you made our towels dirty. full of black stains No matter what hotel they have to charge you anyway because you ruined their thing.

The hotel experienced a power outage and forced all the guests to vacate and move. The replacement hotel was terrible. Not clean, room amenities not up to standard.
Most importantly, it was not safe for me as a single woman travelling as men approached me and solicited me and touched me. I complained to the Scandia Hotel 1 week ago and they did not think this was important enough to even reply. BEWARE.

Really not fair you give a review from another hotel, yes we have a power cut, can cant give you a room at this hotel as no power, took them 2 days to fix so you got the other room in another hotel, not from us.
It was terrible. They didn’t clean our room on the second day. The shut off the pool lights by 7 pm. There was no body at the front desk on the second day, all day. The only person we saw in the third day was very rude. She stated the owner cut down on the employees and only work 3 days in weekends. We stayed Tuesday through Saturday checked out. Thus, we didn’t get any cleaning services at all. The hotel was dirty and portly kept. They lie about the free parking. There is no free parking. In fact, there is no street parking either. We paid a parking lot about 4 blocks away. Hotels.com needs to change this hotels marketing page and removed the free parking.
