Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. Accessible to everything . Food options at the Hotel.were great including bar access. They treated us like Royalty. Always stay here for my future visits.

Dejligt hotel, MEN !!
Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed i Pattaya. Lækker mad og fantastisk personale, men desværre skæmmes det lidt af at der er mange mennesker som ikke opfører sig ordentligt. De bader i poolen i beskidt tøj eller underbukser. Fester i poolen og brugen den som askebæger. Personalet virker opgivende eller vælger profit, ved ikke hvilket. Vil desværre ikke komme tilbage på et ellers skønt hotel

If you want an average stay 😕
Overall it was average experience. Lots of construction work was happening. They were doing work at and around swimming pool so we were not able to use it.

perhaps my worst experience in pattaya
they will ask you for a 1000 bhat deposit in CASH. using credit card for the deposit will result in you being charged a 3% fee for some reason. the beds have wheels, and the wheels cannot lock into place. what happens is that the bed moves around whenever you do anything on your bed. the other guests are very loud, and they don't close their doors. i have seen a couple naked people standing in their rooms with the door open. definitely not recommended.

Stay away from this hotel.
Wifi is useless, only works for the first half minute or so from connection. Only cheap soap in bathroom. Rooms and interior of the hotel - very dated. Breakfast is terrible too. Worse hotel I havr stayed in for this price.

The location is convenient. It looks spacious from outside. From the entrance you feel like you are at an old place. I can give 3/5 for front staff friendliness. Wifi 0/5 Construction work was going on just next to our room, I felt like I was at some construction site. Suggestions: I think the construction area shall be covered from guest area. No tooth brush is somehow acceptable, but at least I expected tissue paper in room.

ウォーキングストリートには近いが
アラブ系の人が多く雰囲気気がいまいちでした。 シャワーも朝にはお湯が出ず10分待ってお湯が出ましたが、赤く濁ったお湯が続きました

To our surprise the room was very quiet and clean. Housekeepers were lovely. It was the best choice of motel in a very busy crowded area with Walking St just in the next block.

どしゃ降りもなんのその。ロケーション最高
現地着早々に強烈などしゃ降りに見舞われたので、WS近くのここに宿泊した。 JOINER フィーは300らしく普通。 朝飯付きで、処方薬も欠かさず服用できた。 部屋にはいないが、レストランでは蚊に攻撃される。朝飯の時など注意。

日本人には向かない
後でわかったのですが、ここはアラブ系?団体御用達のホテルです。そちらの方々にとっては快適かと思いますが、日本人には向きません。 アラブ風の大勢のお客さんが、ロビー、廊下、客室、プールと怒鳴っているようにしか聞こえない大声で常に騒いでいます。 時間も、早朝昼間から明け方までずっと騒いでいます。しかも、夜中朝方でも仲間どおしの部屋は移動のためドアを開けたまま騒いでいるためフロア中がうるさくてとても練られません。 もちろん全員ではなく、騒いでいない他のお客さんや寝ている人もいると思いますが、彼らの国では当たり前らしいのか? 誰も文句を言う人はいませんでした。 なので、日本人は別のホテルに泊まった方がいいと思います。
