We have stayed here many times, and have enjoyed our stays.property is in a prime location opposite the beach, and next to mall Bhat bus run in either directions on opposite sides of property. This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features. Honey does a good job in managing properties, cleaning crew are very hard working, and Ajay does a great job trouble shooting and maintaining individual properties issues.

Booked for high floor ocean view room, but room was a middle floor a distance from ocean . Politely requested and got a better located room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is located next to shopping mall, and the beach is at the back of the property.

Property looked and was a bit ‘run down’; water leak behind toilet, broken cabinet doors, dirty appliances; location not the most desirable!! Would not and will not rent from this property again!!

Gesamtfazit: Würde ich vermutlich wieder buchen aufgrund hervorragender Lage, Aussicht/Balkon, Waschmaschine, hübsche Beleuchtung. Kritik: Verdreckter Schreibtischstuhl, defekter Warmwasser-Boiler in Küche konnte nicht repariert werden, 2 Tauben auf dem Balkon (morgendlicher Lärm jeden Tag -> meine Lösung: Mückenspirale vertreibt die Tauben für einige Stunden), fleckige Handtücher und fleckige Bettwäsche.

Perfect location only one key
Condo was ok and nicely presented there were some small issues but you would have to be really picky to bother about them. reception was efficient and quick but we were only given a single key when we asked we were told there was not another, went back the following day and asked to have another key and one mysteriously appeared. the pool and the building are really nice and what a perfect location for central Pattaya

PROS: Big room, nice bay view, frig microwave, AC great, Hot water great, restaurant, coffee shop, laundry & more all located in the building. CONS: few cockroaches but they sprayed and ok, walls a bit thin, could hear conversation in next room. Some condo maintenance nearby, very loud but they stopped it, so very good. SUM: I would stay here with Honey's group again

The room is in a need of a renovation. Especially the bathroom. Both the shower head and faucet are hindered by calcium buildup. The towels provided (every other day) were old and worn. The mattress was also hard. The reception ladies were lovely and were a big help for all of our questions. Housekeepers were okay but missed our room on a couple occasions with out much reason(?) . AC works well, Great View, good location, etc

ที่พักสะอาด เดินทางสะดวกติดกับเซ็นทรัลเลย สามารถเดินไปได้ ที่จอดรถก็ค่อนข้างกว้างสะดวก จะเดินไป Royal garden ก็ได้ ติดชายหาดเลย แต่ห้องนำ จะสามารถมองเห็นได้จากภาพนอก แม้จะเป็นกระจกขุ่นแต่ก็ยังพอจะมองเห็นภายในห้องน้ำได้อยู่ดี ที่เหลือดีมากเลย

View Talay 6 Condominium by Honey är både ett fantastiskt boende i ett lägenhetshotell på bästa plats i Pattaya. Uthyraren ”Honey” har bra service och ett trivsamt caffe, restaurang för frukost eller mat. I husets entrévåning finns butiker, hårsalong, massage m.m. Efter hissarna belägna i mitten så kan du välja att gå ut mot Pattayabeach eller åt motsatt håll marknad, nattliv, köpcentrum m.m. Har bott här 5-6 gånger och kommer tillbaka fler gånger.

View talay 6 was a wonderful condo on the 23rd floor overlooking beach rd. The room was a bit wirn but large and comfortable. I would definatly stay here again.

Good location and value. Large choice of condos. We stayed in a 1 BR seaview before and this time tried the cheap option studio with no view, both were as expected.

Hotellet var veldig fint. Ble oppgradert til sjøutsikt pga få gjester. Var litt vanskelig å finne frem til resepsjonen inne i bygget. Ellers var rommet veldig fint.

Ein gutes gesamt packet. Schöner pool und eine gutes Angebot an Geschäften direkt im Haus ( Friseur, Massage,Wäscherei sowie ein Café und ein kleines Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Je nach Zimmer Lage ein schöner Blick aufs Meer. Im Umkreis sind viele Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Vil ikke anbefale denne leiligheten.
Dette var et veldig nedslitt sted, jeg vil ikke anbefale noen andre denne leiligheten. Noen av møblene var i stykker og døren til den ene balkongen kunne ikke lukkes skikkelig, slik var det også med baderomsdøren. Måtte bruke et bosspann for å holde den døren igjen. You get a good view of the ocean the location is spit on as right next central festival mall and opposite bizarre market which is an excellent market with a varierty of cheap items that you can negotiate with the sellers. Alot of restaurants around. Has a laundry area and shops downstairs which closes late and is handy.
