"Mountains of stairs from car park to room not good for elderly or those with heavy cases.Spar supposed open at 9am 9.05 no staff were available to allow entry.Food was good although extensive menu of past replacement with quick junk food Expected refurbishment for next two years,"

"Hands down, my favourite hotel that I've stayed at. The staff are the best, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the breakfasts are superb, the bar has a nice cosy and relaxed vibe and it's a good location if you're planning to hike around the Lakes. I've stayed here 7 times in the last 12 months and i keep going back. I never want to go anywhere else."

"Great views from the hotel over Morecambe Bay. Parking if you travel by car . Electric charging available too at the hotel . Grange railway station is a short walk across the road .
Unique hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
We didn't dine at breakfast, therefore can't comment on breakfast menu . "
