"I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me. "Last time staying. The only pro is the building is well constructed. You don't hear your neighbor on other floors. I don't know if it was just my party. Staff wasn't friendly at all, nothing wasn't explain. It was like here there you go. No bands, no activities, nothing about the stay. The room was dirty this time around, had to clean it. Never again. I couldnt be refunded so i had to deal with it."

"Hands down, this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. I’ll definitely return anytime I visit. The front desk guy was incredibly friendly and checked me in swiftly. As we walked up to our room, my family and I stopped by the cool vending machine to grab a frozen yogurt. We then took the elevator to the sixth floor. My room was spotless and smelled fresh.
