"This historic property is beautifully maintained and centrally located near the mall and museums, Old Ebbit Grill and Joes Crab, among other eateries. Also, the Round Robin grill, named by Walt Whitman, offers good food and great drinks. It is only one of two bars in the US to ask me if I wanted my martini stirred or shaken. The suites are spacious and amentities fine."

"I was in town for a business trip and unfortunately only had a quick stay at SIXTY. I wish I could have stayed longer! The staff at the front desk were so welcoming, and accommodating especially Johnny. The room was so clean and loved the decor, upgraded lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable all around amazing stay. Only downfall were the two clubs that I could hear the music until midnight but besides that a 10/10!!! "

"The hotel has great decor, and the room was big and well appointed with a fantastic view - but the service was patchy, and the hotel’s overuse of tech and AI in favour of actual service was genuinely annoying. For example: We arrived about 8pm after a long flight from abroad (with a young child) and after asking how to sort dinner, I was told on check-in that the room service wasn’t operating that night (with no explanation or apology). "The staff was phenomenal; especially Estella at the front desk and Michael the concierge. Everyone smiled and acknowledged you when you walked by and were very helpful. A nice little touch was macaroons in our room on check-in. There’s a lovely café for coffee, pastries and sandwiches in addition to two restaurants on site. The rooms were nice and a good size however they could use a little updating with the carpet and the bathroom grout in the shower. Wonderful location, easy to take public...

"The Ritz Carlton DC is a wonderful hotel where they pay attention to detail. Being greeted with champagne and personal service had me charmed. I loved the evening turn down service. "

"Lovely property. It’s not just a boxy room but former small residences from 1926 so our had a mini kitchenette and nice bath and makeup area. They have a bar/restaurant and separate cafe. The food was good quality and the prices were ok. The bar/restaurant is a great smaller 1920s style space that’s great for relaxing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It’s ala very convenient to George Washington university, a food hall, Whole Foods and a number of restaurants. Parking on the weekend...

"Eaton is a hip, beautifully designed hotel that deviates from the typical chain hotel. There is a gorgeous speak easy, behind the bookcase in the lobby and a wonderful roof top space. Each room has a record player and vinyl, with options to trade albums at the front desk. I really enjoyed the hotel and the location is perfect. "

"We loved our stay! We wanted to be within walking distance of many downtown attractions without having to sacrifice comfort, cleanliness or safety. We also didn’t need to overpay for a room we were only planning to sleep in. This place is GREAT!! Highly recommend. Our room wasn’t large but it had everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfy. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful & kind. Great bars(2) on premises. It checked all our needs for our DC stay"
