"The 10th floor at the Conrad Washington was exquisite. The staff catered to our every need, the common room was open for breakfast and dinner as well as 24 hours a day for snacks and drinks. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and we felt right at home. The bedding and amenities were excellent."

"Overall this place was fantastic, but there was one big problem. There's about a 1 inch marble lip on the floor transition from the bedroom to the bathroom area. Myself and other guests tripped over it repeatedly, badly bruising our toes and feet in general. One guy told me they put a bath towel over the transition to help cushion it, but I didn't hear that til Day 4 of a 5 day stay, with one toes possibly broken on my right foot. Seriously. "The service and staff are outstanding. Andrew at reception was terrific. The club level is worth it and the concierge staff there are fantastic and go above and beyond. Jenny and Kathy were standouts, but everyone was just terrific in the club lounge. Stayed 9 days while high school daughter participated in a program at a local university and toured colleges. Hotel is in a great location and we never waited more than 2 minutes for an Uber. I’ve stayed at many Ritz Carlton Hotels and this hotel...
