"Excellent hotel in the heart of Chicago on the river. The hotel staff are fabulous! We stayed on the club level and liked it very much. The club room has beverages and food items all day. The view over and down the river is spectacular. Highly recommend the hotel."

"loved it, great experience. would def book again! we stayed for lolla and it was a pretty close walk. very central to everything, perfect location. pretty and affordable. only complaint was that you cant watch on Netflix, Hulu, Disney, or literally any of them. the TV only has access to TV channels which kinda sucked."

"I was impressed with the friendliness of staff, very comfy bed, nice big shower, clean updated hotel. They always are happy to give you more bottled water for the room which I really appreciated! My food for breakfast from the restaurant was great and reasonably priced.The restaurant staff was to notch!! I would stay here again without any hesitation."

"Overall, we had a good stay with great accommodations and exceptional, friendly service. The only issue was the pull-out bed—the mattress was so thin you could feel the metal frame underneath. While the front desk was unable to replace the mattress, they kindly provided extra comforters to layer underneath it, which helped make it bearable but not very comfortable. Apart from the pull-out bed, everything else was wonderful, and the staff's helpfulness was much appreciated!"

"The rooms were great! They deep cleaned daily. Accidentally came back to hotel when they were cleaning my room and she was full on mopping and deep cleaning the tiles. Super impressed! Fresh sheets and great staff! Super kind. Left the staff tips as I left because I was so happy"
