"First impression was Very positive... the receptionist that was working during my arrival receives 5 stars in my opinion. This is how I and all guest should be greeted when arriving at a hotel. She was friendly, outgoing, professional and informative. Now on the negative. 1.- The mattresses are definitely due for an upgrade as well as the chairs in the lobby that when you sit down, you practically sink down about a foot. 2.-Continental breakfast is misleading. A couple of microwave sandwiches and a waffle maker doesn't check all the boxes."

"Did not use the laundry service. Parking was convenient. On the afternoon of July 17 when we checked in, the refrigerator in the room was not working. The desk clerk very quickly found us another room and solved the quandary. She deserves to be recognized for excellent service."
