"This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. The carpet looked like it had been there since the seventies, looked very dirty and the bathrooms were in dire need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this property! "I booked a room there because of the pool. The pool was out of service. The room was not up to code. The toilet seat was loose, with a bolt missing. The were wires coming out the ceiling were the smoke detector should have been. The iron was missing. No coffee pot. There were cigarette holes in the bed spread. There were roaches. The young man at the front desk did try his best to make us comfortable. I have family that lives in Waldorf and I will never stay in this place again and will...

"When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key."

"There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made."

"My stay was just “okay” when I first arrived I was told my reservation couldn’t be found. Next I was told I have to pay $12 per day for parking in hotel parking lot. Lastly I was told since I’m “only” staying the weekend there will be be no room service."

"The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies."
