"I would strongly advise against booking a room at Hotel Boutique Niu Del Sol. We were informed by Hotels.com that the hotel could not comply with their agreement on booking. Subsequently, we have not been refunded our money. we never got an answer back from the hotel 😡😡😡 We have been cheated…"

"Beautiful & very clean hotel with wonderful staff."

Nachdem...

"La clim facile a regle er moderne"

"Propreté, service du personnel et emplacement"

Confusing information on the Expedia site about parking and breakfast (Expedia stated that breakfast was extra for a fee, while the staff said that they dod not charge extra because breakfast was already included in the room charge). We couldn’t checked in when we arrived because the responsible person was at dinner. There was no shower gel in the bathroom;...

"The hotel is well located with easy access to beach and the town. Rooms and facilities are basic but staff are very helpful and friendly . Unfortunately our room did smell of smoke"

"Great location, moments from the beach. A bright, spacious clean room in a quiet hotel. Very good water pressure. No frills but everything you need and a comfortable bed. Thank you."

"While the location near the beach is convenient and the physical apartments are modern and clean, our stay was marred by hidden costs and a complete lack of basic essential supplies that were never communicated beforehand. 1. No Toilet Paper Provided: We were shocked to learn upon arrival that toilet paper is not replenished in the unit beyond a bare minimal starter roll. Having to go out and buy basic hygiene paper during a torrential rain forecasted for a self-catering apartment standard is...
