"Room were very cold not heat at all water very cold. Extra charge for heat everyone got sick "

"Be aware that there was a gas leak in this property during our stay, and it was overall very hazardous for us. The property itself is accurate apart from this. However, we struggled as there was no heating in the property and it got very cold at night. We were also charged an additional price for having extra guests, despite having access to the entire apartment since the beginning."

"Excellent stay at Cities of the World! Julia was an amazing host...so helpful. Great location. Very close and walkable to several markets, restaurants and laundry services. Julia has a massage therapist- Isabelle and Roxanne that came to our room. We had very relaxing massages. Only about a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas which is a typical puckup point for the tours. "

"My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). The beds were very comfortable and warm. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The place was quiet at night. Short walking distance to Orion grocery store. Definitely...
