Below Expectation

We checked in very late just for a night, the room was not ready, towels were missing, Tatasky remote and TV remote were missing. These things were provided one by one in 3 trips and the TV remote was not functional, by the time we were tired of calling the reception. Drinking water in todays time is rationed and normal water is given by a person carrying a jug and filling the empty bottles in the room. The staff does not smile and with the exception one waiter in the breakfast hall, none had a pleasant expression on their face.The Breakfast was ok ok.

Good hotel setting, perfect location

Pros: Away from traffic but perfect location for shopping with Shivaji Chowk nearby (1km). Most of the staff were well mannered staff. Good food. Decent variety over breakfast. Customer centric. Issues were sorted out properly. Cons: Breakfast should be available at 7:30am if told so. A couple of lady staffs in breakfast area seem really dissatisfied and always long faced. Need to be cheered up or should be fired to give a good feel about the hotel. Response to issues need to be faster.

Facility needs professional behaviour from top

The MD was having a private party at the cost of customers peace. Inspite of repeated requests, the admin failed to calm the party goers who created a havoc in front of room entrance till 1130 pm. Rooms r small and bed is not fit for a single person. Facility next to a powerful electric substation.
