"On first arriving to this hotel all seemed well, staff member was polite, explained all we needed to know and helped us to our room, once in the room we noticed that it needed to be maintained better as there was cracked tiles in the bathroom, frayed carpet areas, paint chips and marks on the doors. The furniture such as the dressing table is bubbled up and the tv remote was dirty also. "This is a lovely place to stay with with bright clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. There was waitress service and the dining lounge was pleasant. My only reservation is that there is no emergency phone number at night should guests need to contact staff but overall I would be happy to use this hotel again."

"The staff are exceptionally polite, there is no faulting the service. But do I think it’s exceptional in the other ways, not at all. It was a good stay. Room is spacious and comfortable but the aircon was left on like an artic blast when we arrived so the room was not comfortable at all for sometime and a bin bag. "We had a fantastic over night stay here. The room was large, modern and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay before an early flight from Bristol. We stayed in room 14, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome from the staff on site. Check in was quick and helped to sort the free parking via their tablet on the bar.
