"My stay was absolutely magical. The property is in immaculate condition. The owners, Mohit and Sharmila, are salt-of-the-earth people—very heart-centered and so welcoming. "Our stay was quite disappointing and did not match what we paid for.
We booked 3 family rooms, but upon arrival, we were given standard rooms instead. When we contacted customer service, we were informed that the hotel only has 2 family rooms available. This raises a very basic question: if only 2 family rooms exist, why was the hotel allowed to accept a booking for 3 family rooms in the first place?
Another major issue was that all our rooms were allocated on different floors. We were traveling...
