"Our bathroom door did not shut properly. It was sticking and hard to open once closed from the inside. The first morning we were awakened by very loud banging and scraping overhead. A call downstairs stopped the noise for about five minutes. No sooner, we had fallen back to sleep, the banging began again. Another call downstairs stopped it again. We were told that "quiet hours" were until 9 a.m. and we were assured it wouldn't happen again. The following morning, we awoke to brown water...

"The room was way cleaner than anticipated honestly very surprising, sheets felt genuinely clean and the AC worked well, breakfast was good, and continuously maintained, and the staff was really nice, would definitely go there again!"
