"I booked a suite room, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The room was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were no towels or tissues provided in the room, and I had to contact housekeeping to request them. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell.
At around 12:00 AM, the room experienced a power trip. After I called the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room. However, the issue was not fully resolved. One of the lights could not be switched off, and I was told that it was "not meant to be turned off," which seemed strange. The room remained very bright, making it difficult for my children to sleep. I had to call the front desk again because the toilet light was also not working.
Due to these issues, my children slept very late. The next morning, I requested a slight extension to our check-out time as a gesture of goodwill, but the request was rejected. I also wanted to speak with the manager regarding our experience, but was informed that the manager was unavailable.
Overall, the room did not meet expectations, and the service recovery was disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its room maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service."
