체크인시간 4시는 너무 늦어요.
뷰는 정말 좋아요. 근데 우기에 비싼 가격으로 가기엔 날씨가 변화무쌍하고 맑은 하늘을 보는게 특정 시간밖에 없어서 다음에는 날 좋을때 좀 저렴한 가격에 가라고 추천하고 싶음. 직원들은 친절하고 특히 로비에 택시 태워주는 직원이 너무 친절해서 고마웠음. 다른 직원들은 뭔가 바빠보여서 덜 친절했음. 이 가격에 4시 체크인은 너무 심했어요. 체크인 시간 당겨야해요. 어메니티 품질은 별로인거 같고 전체적으로 좀 고급지다는 생각은 안들었음.

The property blending right into the side of a steep mountain and nature , was an exceptionally beautiful and unique property. The entire staff was awesome from the time we were picked up by their driver till the moment we left they were striving to give you excellent service . Food and entertainment was also exceptional , one of our best trips if not the best !

호텔리어들의 친절함은 이세상것이 아님!! 너무 만족스러운 경험이었음!!!!! 본인이 정글속에 있다는 걸 인식하고 도마뱀과 작은 개미를 귀엽게 넘길 수 있다면 이보다 더 좋은 숙소는 없다. 휴양에 적합하고, 우붓 시내와는 셔틀버스로 편도 40분정도 걸림

4월초에 3박 4일 이곳에서 묵었습니다. 시내에서 셔틀버스로 40분정도 들어갈 정도로 가까운 곳은 아니지만, 정글안에 둘러쌓여 있어서 그 어느 여행지보다 온전한 자연에서 지낸 것 같습니다. 조식은 한 사람 당 메뉴를 2개까지 시킬 수 있고, 같이 주는 빵, 과일 등도 맛있었습니다. 왜 인스타그램에서 유명한지는 가보시면 압니다! 인피니티 수영장 뷰가 가본 호텔 중에 최고였습니다. 37?38개의 숙소밖에 없고, 수영장도 켜서 사람들이 북적이지 않고 한산해서 좋았습니다. 저녁에 시내에서 이틀이나 나갔다왔는데 나갈 때 마다 방 정리 다 해놓으시고, 수건도 다 새것으로 정비되어 있었고 직원분들이 영어도 잘 하시고 친절하셨습니다. 그리고,,투숙객의 반 이상이 한국인입니다 그래서 요가수업 때도 한국어도 병행하셨고요~스미냑에서 5일 지냈을 때 보다 여기 리조트에서 한국 사람 다 만난 것 같습니다^^

建物と景観が美しく、とても癒やされました。 急坂に点在するバンガローとフロントの間の道も美しく整備されていて散歩も楽しめます。歩くのは大変ですが、いつでもバギーでの送迎を受けられるので安心。 子供はプールに入れないため、静かで大人の休日を楽しめる最高のホテルでした。

The most amazing place i have ever visited. The staff is soooo friendly. The food delicious. Wvery night tgey have live music. The pool is unmatched. The view is incredible. You feel transported to another world and never want to leave. Be sure to attend a yoga class and if you are lucky enough to get a private villa (there are only 18 of them)have them decorate it with real flowers for your special occasion. There is nothing you won't love about this resort.

The BEST hotel we have ever stayed at! The Kayon Jungle Resort made our honeymoon so special and I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone who is considering staying there. The rooms are well designed, spacious and have everything that you need but the pool area is of course the most impressive part of the hotel. The food at breakfast and at dinner was excellent and the service from all of the staff was outstanding! They made such an effort to remember our names throughout our stay and greeted us every time we left or arrived at the hotel by taxi. It's these little things that we as customers notice and this is what separates The Kayon Jungle Resort from other hotels! I hope to visit again in the near future!!

The most wonderful stay in Ubud
My stay was totally amazing. Right at the moment I arrived at the lobby I could feel its beautiful atmosphere. Staffs are so kind and giving best effort to make me feel comfortable. Unfortunately resort is seriously effected by pandemic so facility is not well maintained but still it is worthy to stay.

Stunning property and incredible staff!
An incredible property in every sense. Wonderful staff that was so incredibly accommodating from arrival to departure. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a villa which was truly spectacular. Room service was fast and efficient and the room cleaned very well. Their adherence to Covid cleanliness was evident everywhere. Definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit. Marc

ホテルスタッフの方がフレンドリーで親切な対応をして頂けました。Ubudの観光地から少し離れた所にホテルがありますが、リーズナブルな価格で観光用の車を手配していただけました。プールの眺めは素晴らしくインスタ映えします！！ 滞在中は、朝食と夕食をホテルで食事をしましたがとても美味しいです。

Nice but not worth the price.
Real nice service by the staff. Bed sheets are old. The room AC is not cold at all. Breakfast is so so. Do not choose to pay extra for breakfast.

新婚旅行で利用。 きめ細かいサービスとホスピタリティを感じた。 ホテルのスタッフ、立地、設備は非常に素晴らしかった。 ジャングルの中心に泊まれるのは最高のリフレッシュになった。 スタッフは常に笑顔で声をかけてくれる。 日本語を話せるスタッフは居ませんでした(1名だけフロントに片言で対応できる人が居ました)が、常に笑顔で一生懸命対応してくれた。スタッフはいつも皆親切だった。 また、滞在中に近隣道路で電柱が倒れて道路を通行できないトラブルがあったが、ホテルのバギーカーでドライバーのところまで送り届けてくれた。 また何度でも泊まりたい素晴らしいホテル。 食事もとても美味しくレストランに行くのが楽しみだった。
