"We've stayed in dozens of Premiere Classe hotels and they are always great value. This was no exception. It was a bit shabby and the sink in the bathroom had seen better days but the staff were super helpful (and the lady checking us in spoke perfect English). We stayed for a couple of nights as a stopover on a longer trip and we loved the location (right next to a big supermarket, McDonalds and restaurants) and the safe parking. "

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."
