"My grandsons (3 and 5) loved the size of the room and bathroom. Very spacious. The 14' ceilings made the space seem enormous. They loved the different shoes on the doors, so we took a tour to see them all. Then we decided which ones we liked best. A great way for them to unwind after being in a car seat for 2 hours. "The appearance of the room looked clean, however we tried to run a bath and we could not get the tub to fill. When packing up to leave we noticed a there was a roach in the side table. Nice staff though. Looks like they may be remodeling some of the rooms. "

"This hotel is our go to place while in Lynchburg. The staff is excellent meeting our needs. Breakfast was delicious as always. Douglas (sorry i think this was his name) was very helpful. He gave me a list of restaurants surrounding the hotel, was helpful with computer and printer fixes, and greeted guests so genuinely. Welcome cookies were delicious too!"
