"Steve was amazing. So helpful, very respectful and a great people person. We arrived late at night and he talked to us as we were family. In the morning breakfast was already done and we came down, the lady cleaning up was so helpful, so sweet. She asked me if I wanted coffee..she saw me struggle with he juice machine that was off and she turned it back on. So sweet. The whole hotel was so clean. The room was wonderful. Best stay ever..no complaints at all."

"In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT).
The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was...

"Clean and nice room with full kitchen and nice suite layout. But the breakfast is really what I want to rave about. Never had so many options (including vegan and allergy friendly options) at a hotel. The kitchen staff always greeted us and ask us to let them know if they could get us anything further. "I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...

"Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price, and very clean room. The furnishings were dated and it feels pretty old. But it had fresh paint and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My A/C couldn’t keep up so it was pretty warm. I had to sleep with just the sheet. But the area was so beautiful and I loved the nature and walking trails. And like I said helpful staff, clean, and good coffee. :-)"

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the towels were nice. The room itself was unpleasant. Any thoughts of decor were absent. Nothing on the walls, vinyl plank floor and a window with only a rollup blackout shade was unattractive and made the acoustics terrible. Lighting was poor with a glaringly bright ceiling light. The bed frame was surrounded by sheet metal that sounded like thunder anytime your toe touched it. What furniture was in the room was mismatched and not very functional....
