"Understaffed. Room was only made up once and then they forgot towels and coffee. Restaurant was not staffed at open. Fine conference hotel but not at Marriott standard"

"Good place, nice cute little pool/spa area which could use a little decoration. Not mind blowing but had a decent time. Kids loved it. In all honesty, a carpet wash/shampooing and walls wiped down would have made me feel a bit more clean. The bathrooms are beautiful. But I felt uncomfortable not wearing socks on the carpet."

"Everything was great! From a smooth check-in, to a clean room, to a safe and relaxing neighborhood. My only complaint is that their toilet soul literally gurgle like it was flushing all day and night! It was loud and distracting; all for no reason either. It would splash the water so hard that the toilet seat would be wet after the gurgle. Very inconvenient and unsanitary. Would be a straight 5 star if not for that."

"Very disappointing experience. I have stayed at this hotel regularly for almost two months now, around 15 days every month, because the location was convenient. But this time the service was honestly unacceptable. First of all, the room hygiene was terrible. The bedsheets were never changed during my stay, and the trash was not cleaned either. I even left dirty gloves covered with chili oil in the room, and nobody removed them for days. I understand that if bedsheets are stained, the hotel can charge a cleaning fee or deduct money from the deposit. That is completely fine. But charging a deposit while refusing to provide basic cleaning service makes no sense. A hotel should at least maintain basic cleanliness for guests. Another issue was the front desk service. I stayed on the 2nd floor and asked if I could change to a room on the 6th floor. An older male staff member told me there were no rooms available that day, but I could switch the next day. I agreed. However, the next day a female staff member suddenly told me I had to pay extra money, and her attitude was extremely rude. She also added breakfast charges even though I never asked for breakfast at all. The overall service attitude was terrible and made me feel very disrespected as a guest. As someone who has stayed at this hotel many times, I am honestly very disappointed."
