Everything's great about this hotel- location, rooms, roof terrace, staff breakfast..difficult to use the pool at certain times so busy. Lots of parking near by so no need to pay for valet parking.

A laid back and colourful hotel, the vibe of which is perfect for the city of Portland. The staff were briliant, the advice they gave and going that little bit further to provide fantastic customer service by running around on Sunday night to see which places were open for food. Lovely breakfast- amazing pancake machine. The place was very fresh and new. Parking was easy, staff were nice and deposit paid back very quickly! Would definitely recommend

Comfortable beds and a lovely big room. Really quiet apart from the room doors which slam extremely loudly!! Breakfast delicious and plentiful - and not a paper plate in sight 😊 Convenient to shops and eateries and an easy drive into Portland.

We absolutely loved this hotel, from the exceptionally warm welcome at check in, super helpful tips on where to visit and where to eat, to the beautiful room. A really lovely experience. Some thoughtful touches too, like the early evening wine tasting. Special mention to the wonderful team at reception, especially the lovely lady who printed off her helpful guide for us and was just totally delightful for our entire stay.

I loved staying here, I felt really at home. One of the best places I've stayed in the world. Room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and polite. My absolute favourite standout him was Michael. Michael's energy, attention to detail and knowledge was so useful during my trip. Initially had a room on the 11th floor which wasn’t great for me. The room like a lot of hotels has fixed windows so no fresh air and hotel was very hot so ac on all the time. The staff and manager were great and allowed me to move to a balcony room on the 3rd floor overlooking the square. This completely changed my opinion of the property and we had a great stay

We loved the hotel, very quirky and cool! We got an upgrade too and the room was enormous. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Portland.

Very close to/great location for basketball at the Moda centre. Right next to cheap tram service from Portland airport, staff available 24/7, rooms very nice and clean
