"This was such a pleasant surprise for the price! Rooms have been updated nicely and are very well maintained. I especially loved the individual flexible book lights built onto the headboard, and the nice walk in shower! The location is also ideal, walking distance to tons of great food, Traders Joes for essentials and other downtown highlights. A free trolley runs in the summer months and picks up right near the hotel.
The only cons I’d be point out are there is limited parking- not enough for everyone staying there when full so some might need to use street parking. And the outward facing rooms have poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
Overall for the price point I would happily stay here any time!"
