We (Me, my wife, my sister and her husband) choose this accomodation after long search on where to stay for our year end trip (total 6 days 5 nights). My sister and her husband arrived a day before me and gave me review and what to expect. The management gave a heads up that this hotel is still in soft opening period, only 10 out of 30ish villa are ready, and we are one of the longest staying guest to date. Staffs were incredibly friendly, we have a dedicated "butler" called Wayan, he took care of us brilliantly and make sure our request are fulfilled. Pool getting cleaner by day, when my sister arrived, she needed to ask the management to clean the pool, since there were layers of dust from debris of Villas development. On our 4th day, we could see bottom of the pool. Need more lighting in pool area for evening/night swim. I would suggest 2 downlights above sun deck. IMPORTANT : pool is 140cm deep and not suitable for family with small children. Mosquitos and flies were plenty since the area still under development and surrounded by woods and greens. There were some facilities which will need improvement here and there, as the premise was still under development

This Villa was outstanding. Absolutely loved our stay and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. We ate our meals at the Villa at our room, the staff came to set up then clean up after we were done. It’s quiet and a walk away from Diamond Beach which is what we wanted.

This was our worst "hotel" in Bali
This was our worst "hotel" in Bali for a lot of money. We got the room here for almost the same money as in the Hilton, you can compare the quality and the possibilities. We spent 2 hours here in total, then went to another hotel. They offered us another room, but we didn't take it, as we had already read other people's opinions and didn't want to ruin our whole vacation with compromises. Please check the reviews before you book this hotel! When we entered our room, we saw that the cleanliness and condition of the room was far from good. The floors were dirty, and there were noticeable stains on the furniture and bedding. The hotel is in a very bad condition, the pictures could have been taken when it was built, it is not nearly like this now. The star rating should be reviewed by the accommodation agencies and not to deceive people. In the bathroom, water dripped from the faucet continuously, the private pool can be accessed by climbing through the window, which is not safe if you are wet. The air conditioner didn't work and since there are windows all around and the room, it was very hot, they tried to fix it, but without success. The hotel's location is very bad, it is in the middle of no-where far away from the main attractions. When we declared that we were leaving the hotel, they told us that there would have been a shuttle bus, but they didn't say that at all when we arrived, so we think it's just for decoration. We didn't get any refund.

Great property especially if you book a villa with a private pool! Staff and service were friendly and top notch. Simply use the phone from your villa to call and order anything you would like and it gets delivered to the villa. They provide a variety of services such as transport and promos around the area.

The food served in this resort is exceptionally good. The location is a little secluded but is a quiet place which provides a lot of privacy.

L’herbergement et très agréable, le personnel toujours à votre écoute. Les chambres sont propres. Le probleme c’est le bruit du voisinage c’est pénible, surtout quand tu veux dormir. Et la localisation de l’hôtel rien à côté il faut toujours prendre un taxi et chez eux le taxi et très cher.

Dirty, run down villa. FALSE advertising from hotels.com as the hotel is in actual fact a 4 STAR hotel. The room looks NOTHING like advertised. The towels are filthy, the pool is disgusting and covered in algae, the bathroom has algae in the shower, no face towels were provided in the entire stay, no cutlery is provided in the kitchenette. Spend your money elsewhere, have requested a refund from hotels.com as our nye was ruined.

Thought the cleanliness and housekeeping can be improved. Duvet and bedsheets have stains on them. Only provided 1 toothbrush when it’s clearly room for 2. Room pool was breathtaking. However could work on its sound proofing in the suite. Can hear loud music blasting from the restaurant at L1 as the suite 2 storey above. Expected more from this as it was priced higher than the one bedroom villas after all.

The property is fairly isolated and unless you have a scooter can be quite expensive to go anywhere. If you’re just chilling out around your private villa it is ideal. The villas could have a few more basic items in the kitchen area, like tea towels, dish cloth and some crockery and cutlery. There is no provision to play any music which would be great when sitting around the villa pool. The staff are first class, polite and very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food could also be a bit better, but this maybe us slowly adjusting to their way of preparing it.

Secluded place, excellent massage
If you're looking for a secluded place and plan to stay in the villa mostly, I would recommend this place. It's very far in from the main road and the area is relatively quiet. Got the pool villa which was quite nice but small compared to other villas in Bali which we stayed in. The food in the restaurant is quite good. Highlight of my stay was the hot stones massage at the Bamboo spa. Eka is a wonderful therapist, ask for her.

We were not at all impressed by this villa. The entrance and lobby to the Villas were beautiful however when we arrived they were doing construction on the stairs leading to our villa which made it harder getting to our room. We had to wait for the construction workers to move all of their tools out of the way and watch out for getting cement on our shoes. It would have been nice if they had one side blocked off for guests to walk while the workers worked on the other. Our room in the villa looked clean but smelled of mildew. The living room did not have a door to close off outside so there was no way to stop bugs from coming in. They did however provide bug spray. Also, due to the fact that the living room and kitchen had an open concept, there was no A/C only a fan so sitting in the living room during the day was pretty uncomfortable due to the heat. During the night the light in the pool was not on so we had to call maintenance to turn it on and it started making loud noises once he turned the light on (I think the filter system may have been off as well because of the noise and that's why they may have turned everything off). There was also plants in-front of the pool and on the roof of the villa in front of ours that was dried out. The best part of our stay was the massages we got at the spa. Overall, I was not impressed with the service and upkeep of the place. We decided to only stay one night of the two nights we had booked due to the poor condition.

The pool and friendliness of the staff made our stay enjoyable. Definitely try the floating breakfast. Although the menu was limited for vegetarians, they very were accommodating. Thank you to Chris for checking us in. Thank you to the lovely staff during breakfast. This was our first time in Bali and this villa will be hard to beat on the rest of our trip around Bali. Just note that this villa is located inside a village type area and that you may see small harmless geckos, an ocassional dragonfly and mosquito (we had no issues with anything).

Impressive entrance but average rooms
The entrance was quite impressive so we had high standards for the rooms tho when we arrived we were a bit surprised that the rooms were a bit dated with stains on sofa and some desk and the design was slightly weird specially in my room they had this counter with a sink by the door. The service was ok, breakfast staff was quite attentive and like the fact the breakfast is made to order.

You will not get disappointed!
The hotel is nice. You can tell that it's been around a few years, but the rooms are incredible. It's just the little things that could improve. Like cleaning the panoramic windows, new deck and give the kitchen some work and small stuff like that. BUT, the view from your private villa is amazing. The pool is great. The bedroom with your TV and view is awesome. You will not get disappointed!

Beautiful hotel and suite. Staff were excellent, very helpful and extremely friendly! We hardly left our suite it was that good, only to eat at the restaurant which was also great! Thanks Hideaway!

Firstly, the facilities and cleanliness of the villa that we stayed are quite poorly maintained. Algae can be seen around the wall of the pool inside the villa. The pool filtering system was not working. We only used the pool for a while due to the poor condition. Towels provided have spots and stains on it. Slippers in the bathroom were covered with cigarette ashes. Shower gel contained in a tube was not new and only half filled. These show that the room wasn't clean properly before handing over to the next guest. Secondly, house flies were flying around when we were having our breakfast at the restaurant which is really irritating and prompted us to quickly finish up our meal instead of enjoying it slowly. Lastly, the location of the villa is quite bad as vehicle will need to go through dirt tracks to get into the villa from the main road. Guests will need to have transport arrangement in order to travel out as walking seems to be tedious and unsafe.

My husband and I stayed in the suite with infinity pool for 3 days of our honeymoon and the room was fantastic. The views were amazing, the pool was cool to have, and the villa was very private.As a treat for our honeymoon they had the bed decorated with rose petals, and filled our soaker tub for us upon arrival. The only downside about the room was there was no pool deck, so you couldn’t lounge or sit outside, but that didn’t bother us because we went to the beach everyday. If you prefer a pool and deck then I would book the villa with pool instead, but you’ll have to compensate for the views and infinity pool. Although the staff were extremely nice, there was some difficulty with communication at times. I would not recommend doing the romantic candlelight dinner because it was very unorganized and therefore didn’t feel romantic as expected. When they escorted us to our dinner, it wasn’t even fully set-up. During the first hour we had to sit in the villa for them to come and light the candles and bring us the wine and water included. The salad came before the candles and wine, and they missed the cook on the steak by a long shot so we had to send it back. The whole dinner was very slow moving and took over 3 hours. However, these issues may have been due to the overly booked private dinners that night. The food was good, but nothing special. Overall the hotel was very nice, and in a very secluted quiet area of Bali in uluwatu that is close to the nicest beaches in Bali.
