We had a wonderful stay at Ungasan Clifftop Resort. The service was excellent and made everything so easy and enjoyable for our family. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The beautiful access to Sundays Beach Club was definitely a huge plus and the stunning clifftop views made the experience even more special. We would happily stay here again.

This place is stunning and we had a room that led to an infinity pool shared by a group of villas. We only saw one couple so it felt very quiet and secluded. The view was spectacular and honestly, the breakfast is delicious, and the fruit was perfection. I love that we were met with such warmth each morning, esp the hosts and restaurant manager who remembered our order each morning. Hospitality in Bali truly cannot compete with the rest of the world and this property is gorgeous. We also got a glimpse of monkeys running around the garden which was quite entertaining. Love that this property has a great (somewhat) private beach which allowed us to enjoy the ocean without going offsite.

Our stay at Unsaga Clifftop Resort was unforgettable. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the level of service. Our butler, Nara, was exceptional. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. On our last day, my husband became quite sick, and the staff immediately stepped in to help. They arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room, which was such a relief when we were preparing for international travel. What impressed me even more was that the butler manager personally stopped by to check on my husband and make sure he was okay. That level of care is rare. We never felt like just another guest. The entire team treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. The combination of the incredible location, beautiful accommodations, and world-class service made this one of the most memorable resort experiences we've ever had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Unsaga Clifftop Resort to anyone looking for a truly special Bali experience.

Just beautiful. We stayed in the ocean view, plunge pool room and the view was stunning. The service was impeccable throughout the whole stay. We ate at Sundays, breakfast and dinner and the food was so fresh and healthy. We loved The Ungasan! We’ll be back!

Excellent view of the beach atop the cliff.

Friendly staff who are always eager to help. Top speed house-keeping. Interior furnishing is a little dated and old but made up for by the excellent view the resort could offer. Fast wifi speed. Breakfast was ala carte and strictly no second portions (although there is a buffet option only when guest numbers exceed 30) which is a letdown since I'm heavy on breakfasts.
