Like how you charge room service. when I signed my name and I put charge my room it was two in the morning and I quickly ate and went to bed after a 20 hour journey into Brazil. Only to be woken up to pay for the burger. Then I couldn’t go back to bed. No point in paying for a Hilton if you can’t sleep over the price of a burger ...

"The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."
