My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We order food on Saturday evening , I had to call for the plates to be picked on Monday , no cleaning service at all . Not to mention the room was dirty , towels were old and stained , bathroom floor dirty . The TV stopped working on the first night , had to be replaced after I called and a grumpy guy came to check it. Internet didn't work properly until it stopped completely. Elevator didn't work for 2 days , only one working on a 19 stories building full for the holidays. The reception doesn't answer the phone , we had to go downstairs for information on TV , internet, etc..

Apesar de ter o nome Business e estar situado no Centro do Rio o Hotel estava abarrotado de turistas, cujo perfil de viagem é muito diferente de um viajante a negócios que precisa dormir cedo para acordar cedo no dia seguinte. O hotel não tem um espaço de co-working, onde se possa eventualmente fazer uma reunião on-line, para isso só sentando numa das cadeiras da recepção, também não há salas de reunião disponíveis e a internet é lenta. Já impressão da recepção do Hotel é a pior possível, pois pela manhã fica cheia de gente (seja esperando um passeio que ainda não saiu ou mesmo esperando o horário do checkin). Vi hóspedes dormindo pelos sofás da recepção, alguns de chinelão. O que torna ainda pior a condição da recepção é que a grande maioria dos hospedes esperando o horário fica lá com suas malas ocupando espaço pois o Hotel cobra R$30,00 para guardar as malas, e pelo visto muita gente prefere não pagar. Para piorar, no meu caso, os turistas não paravam de entrar e sair dos quartos no meio da noite, fazendo muita algazarra nos corredores até umas 3h da manhã e apesar das várias reclamações junto à recepeção o Hotel não foi capaz de conter a "animação" dos turistas hospedados. Além disso, a vizinhança da Rua Senador Dantas não é legal, cheguei a ser abordado hostensivamente por alguns moradores de rua pedindo dinheiro e não me senti seguro, principalmente depois das 19h quando o Centro do Rio fica mais vazio.
