The reception was always available and happy to help with any requests you may have from hotel requests to sorting bookings for meals and events you might want to attend while in Paris. "Great Location next to the Eiffel Tower and across from the La Seine. You are renting a room in a very nice apartment. The owner Elisa was the best part of our stay. She really made us feel at home and was good referring transportation and places to go. Very safe location, room was clean and you have access to the kitchen and living room.
