"First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned. The public areas needed cleaning and painting and some maintenance"

"I booked Jasmine Elite because it had a full spa and it is rare to find that in combination with a great price. Not only the apartment was super spacious, the steam room was the hottest I ever had, but also staff was very nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to downtown and supermarket. "This is a beautiful property perched on the ridge overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay, the main pool was closed and being resurfaced. The property therefore was not as advertised. I would think this warrants some kind of a discount. Moreover, the beach is beyond walking distance, and the shuttle only travels once per hour. Lastly, the restaurant had very mediocre food and was far inferior to any other meal we had during our stay in Bodrum. I hate...

"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day.
