"We definitely enjoyed our stay"

"Free hot breakfast was good but the best surprise was a Coca Cola freestyle machine!! That made my morning! The room was clean but a little worn. Awesome that the bedroom has doors to separate it from the living room area. This is a perfect place for a family to stay. The price was excellent for what we got. We would stay here again. Only negative was thin walls so we heard furniture moving and toilet flushing from other rooms. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked sparkly clean. "

"Gym = Catastroph. No equipment and mostly broken Rest was ok. Breakfast decent for USA Low score because of $80 overchsrge compared to hotels.com booking."

"I was overcharged. My hotel receipt is significantly less than amount charged. Phone did not work. Thermostat did not go to temp setting. Internet connection was weak."

"Our room was toward the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. And we could park our car back there, close to our room. The suite was roomy with a full size couch. The kitchen was nice with a full refrigerator and freezer and a small table and two chairs. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that the shower and toilet were in a separate room from the bathroom sink area. We ate breakfast there two of our three mornings and were disappointed in the breakfast served, especially the second time. Both mornings we were at the breakfast buffet 15-20 minutes before it was supposed to be over. The second time much of the food was already gone. And no one showed up to replenish anything until almost 9:30. The breakfast is why we give this place 4 stars instead of 5."

"Would have been nice to know in advance that this hotel was being remodeled. Free breakfast was kind of a joke, strong paint smell in common areas, and no hot water in my shower on 2nd night. Will be nice when done but they may consider closing until complete."

"The rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and staff were awesome. Everyone from the lady overseeing the breakfast to the front desk and cleaning service. We will definitely stay here if we are in marble falls again."

"The property is definitely nice, The rooms are great and the surroundings are secluded. This is a great hotel if you like quiet and the “almost balconies”. They really try to step up the feel of the hotel without being obviously cheap. They do allow pets, but you can’t tell. This is the second time I have stayed here, that being said, if you interact with staff beware. There were a couple of staff members that were not pleasant. For the most part the staff was pleasant and accommodating, but they open tye kitchen at 7am when most hotels open at 6am, so I wondered down a little early and one of the servers seemed annoyed by this, I asked where the coffee was and his response was,”we’ll be open in a few minutes!”. The second instance: I was checking out and went to hand my keycard to the front desk agent, she pointed to a basket and looked at me with a condescending expression and said, “the keys go there.” All of f the other staff were great! "
