"We had no details where to find the property and had to ask in the neighbourhood. Despite advising the owner beforehand exactly when we would arrive nobody was around to let us in. Eventually through speaking to neighbours someone arrived to let us in but said 'we did not know you were coming'!! How could that be? "Truly fabulous stay! The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and the location is near to bars or the bus stop to get into the Old Town in 15 mins. We were all inclusive, staying in a duplex room. The food was delicious and varied, and on all inclusive, you can also eat at the a la carte restaurants at the hotel too. Can't recommend more highly and will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children to get all their energy out before bed. The rooms are a good size and our sea view room did not disappoint. Overall the hotel was a wonderful choice for us with plenty to do. The only thing we weren't too keen on was how the wifi worked. We were told that the tv must be on for it to work. It was pretty slow so we weren't fans of that."
