"The breakfast was awful on the first day of the reservation"

"I haven’t seen housekeeping come to clean our room for the past three days. I was told they are short-staffed, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for not cleaning the room. At the very least, they could have taken out the trash."

"I would have given it a 5 ratings if those pillows were not wrinkled cause it looks like someone had already used it and they were not fluffy enough. Also the accessible room that they gave us has no chair inside the bathroom."

"Its was perfect from the jump the wonderful lady at front desk Andrea was so helpful. We had a great conversation because both of us being fellow Alaskans. Gave me "Guest of the day" and late check out. The room was amazing and clean. All the amenities that this hotel has especially the spa so relaxing and exhilarating. I am definitely making this every 2 to 3 weeks staycation. Love it!"

"I am very satisfied with this hotel. My room was clean and spacious, staff was very friendly and willing to help. The shuttle is for within 3 miles. But they will take you every hour. I am going to stay there again for sure. "

"Everything was fine except the towels. One of our towels even had poop stains on it. I definitely recommend looking through the room and making sure it’s clean before settling in. "

"The hotel needs a revamp. The carpet was old, bathrooms, old. Our bathroom floor seemed as if it would cave in. It was one of the cheaper options, but you still want to stay in a well kept hotel. Also right next to the gas station and a homeless man was sleeping near the entrance of the hotel. "

"Everything was good except my room I stayed in 2:14 and that was a hot room I asked went downstairs ask from this to come up and look at the air condition and they did it stayed on for about 15 minutes and then cut back off it was like a sauna in there I sweated I have hot flashes real bad so I need it I couldn't hardly get dressed I got sick because I was so hot the breakfast I love the breakfast the staff was nice I love Dallas I just had a hot room No Air to me"

"Fraudulent charges:$10 "service fee" after I paid in advance via Expedia website and thought no further charges were required. Amenities were nil - a threadbare towel, zero washcloth. Room was filthy: random crude in front of the door and along the baseboards as if it's just swept and left there, lint balls and hairs in the bedsheets. Extremely sketchy behaviors: stay strapped round here. On the plus side: cold ac, hot shower, didn't get bit or detect any insects in the room."

"The pictures on Expedia definitely do not tell the full description. There was a $20 security deposit not mentioned when i made the reservation. Our room was ok. The tub/shower was very jerry-rigged. A shower floor was installed on top of the tub. No mirror at the sink. It was om the opposite wall. The fridge was definitely second hand looking. And froze our drinks. We went to dinner our first night came back and our room smelled like someone had smoke a bunch of weed inside our room. We had...

"They are in the middle of renovation, so be aware of that and be kind, they are doing their best. I love this hotel and I really recommend it. The staff is always very friendly and kind. "
