"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. "For perspective this was our fourth trip here stretching back 15 years. Our two bed apartment in Apollo Heights was fantastic. Large, spacious with a good balcony and view.
