"Due to problems with the German train system, we had to stop in Bologna for the night. We arrived at 1:50 am. The man who came to the door was so polite and considerate. The lobby was spotless, check-in was simple, the room was smartly designed, plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom, and the shower was fabulous. Breakfast the next morning was good, would have been great if the coffee had been hot. The called us a taxi to take us to the train station—there in 10 minutes. They were just...

"Very nice room with excellent a/c and decor, fridge, safe etc.. Very helpful staff with taxis, reservations etc. Shower needed care not to turn bathroom into wet room and sink drained poorly but everything else fine. Excellent central location convenient for all major attractions. Breakfast was good. Room service prompt and helpful."

"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area."

"This was a perfect in between if you’re traveling in Umbria..we were in Orvieto on route to Perugia so we stopped here. Great to have parking! The hotel and all in it was great. Also walking was easy for shopping and great meals and gelato!"

"The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed."
