"Everything is so good! Location, staff, view from room, room service - we liked it all. They must address one thing. There has to be adequate supply of drinking water free of cost. This is basic necessity."

"A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out."

"Our room was very dusty. The furniture was all scratched up. It was very comfortable but needed attention. "

"Overall our stay was good. The staff is very strict and can be rude about the pool rules. I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit. Other than that the property was nice.For the price our vacation was good. The popcorn wasn’t "

"Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price."

"Room was decent. Cozy and clean experience. Not a fan for the gimmicks on the come listen about time shares but overall enjoyed. Indoor waterpark was alright. If stuck inside they had almost everything you could need on site but just remember its a resort"
