"I thought the room was maintained well, except for the floors, which did not appear to be mopped in a long time. Upon walking in the room, our feet became very dirty. The bathroom was nice and clean, as well as the bedding. We appreciated the amenities and ease of check-in/check-out."

"Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access."

However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. Or at least not charge same fee as having amenities. I was very disappointed"
