"First time at a Margaritaville Hotel and it was fantastic. We will definitely start staying at them in the future. The pool/pools both indoor and outdoor were perfect for the kids and adults. This place is a must to relax at after an exhausting day in the Gatlinburg area. Free breakfast was great and the outdoor bar restaurant was a great place for adult beverages.
The rooms were nice and big and nicely decorated. Our only complaint is make sure you ask for a room that doesn’t have an adjoining room. The first night the kids and adults next door were talking and their voices came right through the door and we could hear every word. The next two nights had a businessman who woke us up with loud conference calls starting at 7:00am. Once again we had to listen to both ends of the conversation until we could get out of there for the day. That’s my only complaint. The pass through doors are the problem because we heard nothing from the room on the other side of us which was occupied.
We would definitely stay again but just not in a room that joined another."
