"Very nice hotel. The check-in process very efficient and quick. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spacious and super clean. The bathroom was very clean and plenty of hot water with very good water pressure. The balcony overlooking the river was very relaxing, listening to the noise of the water flowing bye. The breakfast was plentiful with very good choices. The attendant at breakfast was very courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend for a good stay in the Sylva NC area."

"The hotel is fantastic! Personally would like a little more variety of breakfast options, but not a huge deal. Staff was very nice, just not many employees working. Only ever saw 2 people total (front desk and a house keeper setting up breakfast one morning). My biggest complaint is that rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, if you need your room cleaned you can request it. But I ran out of towels and other room amenities and had to call twice to get replacements. "
