"Older property, but clean and very accommodating staff."

"The room was nice. Service was terrible. We were there for 2 nights and the room was never serviced. Tried calling housekeeping several times, tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever answered the phone. Husband eventually went to front desk so that we would at least have towels for the morning. Although there were plenty of places to eat, they were mostly all fast-food areas."

The only rooms available to us were in the very back of the hotel where we had to drive around huge shipping containers full of lord knows what, as well as workers staying in some of the rooms hanging over the rails watching your every move as you came and went at the facility. "Unique little place. Wasn’t sure where to stay last minute and this place had pretty good reviews compared to local hotels in Maggie Valley. I gave it a try and was actually impressed. The property manager greeted us and showed us to a cabin asked if it was ok. He waited for an answer and then told us about the local area.
