"There was something in the bathtub, also the bathtub floor was damaged. The sink area needs to be replaced, and there was a moldy residue around the brim. Lastly, I was greeted by ants. I asked for a new room which the attendant promptly changed. The new room had a cracked bathtub floor, and I used a wash cloth to wipe the brim of the sink, and when I began to rinse, black particles kept appearing -the more I rinsed, the more particles appeared."

"My first time at the swift water and I was really impressed just approximately two hours away from New York City and it feels like you’re almost in another country very luxury very clean heated pools. Great customer service no hidden fees restaurant inside of the hotel is absolutely amazing including the food breakfast and dinner and the cocktails not watered down. I would definitely recommend for a couples getaway or small staycation for you and friends wonderful experience. I can’t stop...
