"It is within walking distance of downtown and each of the hot springs main locations, so that was nice. The body wash and hand soap were out and we notified them. Nothing was done about it, so that was disappointing. They didn't even go and check it at all, almost like not their problem. The bed was comfortable, so the sleep was nice. Breakfast was nice, when the waffle machine worked."

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room was clean and recently renovated. The continental breakfast had so many options and tasted great! There was a nice garden and a rooftop with a picnic table where we ate takeout and took in the mountain views. Definitely recommend staying here."
