"I knew this was going to be an excellent stay when we saw the infamous Burt Reynolds centerfold mural behind the front desk, Loverboy playing in the background & amazing art on the walls. The rooms were spacious with an artist loft vibe. The entire staff was really friendly & helpful. Breakfast tacos were amazing. Centrally located & walking distance to the arts district. "There is no on-site parking. They had valet parking starting at $41 per day. The valets were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was not included, the breakfast restaurant at the hotel was not highly rated, so we didn't eat there. Maid service was suggested to request a day prior although you could pick things up at the front desk including more coffee pods which were good."

"We needed a handicap accessible room and shower. Although we initially had an issue with cleanliness of our room it was promptly taken care of. Staff was wonderful and very accomidating."

It's more a two-story motel with a central parking lot monitored by video surveillance. Someone checked us in without delay when we arrived a little past midnight, having reserved it only an hour previous. "Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms."
