Absolutely loved this hotel. Really appreciated the retro theme throughout. Having no kids at the lodge was truly appreciated. The hotel bar though was truly terrible. Poured straight from a can tasted terrible.

Overall our stay here was fine. The location was good and the pool was really nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again, though. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the shower sprayed water all over the floor, and there's no way to make coffee in the room (the restaurant offers coffee at 7, but that is late for us). Also, I would not want to stay here over the weekend when they're having a music event into the night.

Very good quality for the price. Very cool vibes and style, with a hostel feel (private rooms but with a common area). They did warn me about the music on weekends, and it was fine. I thought it was mostly at night but it started at 9 am. Not like… chill music but party music. I wish it started around noon instead, or play softer music in the mornings. Either way, not a big deal at all! It was perfect for what I needed it to be and i’d come back.

There was food from the guest before me still in the fridge, which isn’t a huge deal things happen, but the drain in my bathroom sink smelled horrendous everytime I turned the water on. There was also hair in the shower from the previous guest. Bed was comfy and it’s walking to distance to a lot of downtown Phoenix, and check in and out was easy. Staff was nice.

There was an initial mix up where they gave us a room someone else was already in, but the desk staff fixed it quickly and got us into our room. It was clean and air conditioned and the decor was unique and fun. Loved having a Brita pitcher because we drink a lot of water.

We had such a great time here! Very cute vibe. Loved the full size fridge in the room. Only complaints I had were the floors were pretty dirty so had to change socks often, tv didn’t work very well, and I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. But we would definitely go back!
